WEPI’S MISSION STATEMENT

To enhance the quality of all social, domestic, commercial, and ecological environments in every nation by empowering every child in our global village with innovative and very powerful resources so that he or she can make more effective contributions to sustainable and harmonious growth. WEPI will focus on the five critical environments of life;

1. THE INNER SELF; 2. THE HOME; 3. THE COMMUNITY; 4. THE ORGANIZATION AND 5. THE WORLD.

WEPI’s Vision and Mission is to provide children with powerful tools (KOOL TOOLs) of growth.

It is not WEPI’s mission to judge or police how the tools are to be used by the children, whether they are used for good or evil deeds.

Kid's know in their hearts, minds and souls, what is right. It is our will that is in question.

WEPI’s goal is to trust every child to make their own superior judgments, because WEPI believes that the only way to nurture future quality accountable adults who can better manage our future, is to totally trust children to boldly make their own decisions today.

It is WEPI’s goal to teach every child that failure and setbacks are their best ally in their quest for successful sustainable growth, and should not be feared.

It is WEPI’s Vision and Mission to nurture children who are neither good nor evil, but a balance of both elements.

WEPI believes that a world without little evils would place the world in a vulnerable position where great evils of unimagined magnitude would arise and all may be lost.

WEPI believes that a force cannot exist without the presence of its opposite to balance it.

Therefore WEPI is committed to building a future world environment that avoids extremes, even in a direction that society and the majority might consider as "good".

It is WEPI’s goal to neutralize the extremes of good and evil, to balance acid and alkaline, for synergy and harmony to exist in our world.

In short, WEPI strongly believes that a balanced global environment is a happy and enduring global environment.

And so WEPI’s goal is to empower each and every society on Planet Earth so that collectively we can build a totally awesome and wonderful future together.

WEPI’S PRIMARY GLOBAL OBJECTIVES

1. To reduce or eliminate youth suicide in every society.

2. To help to stop the world from fighting each other, even for peace, and to work together for peace and harmony.

3. To unite all religions to work together as important separate elements of a greater whole so that love not hate will endure.

4. To dismantle the patriarchal order by uniting men and women.

5. To empower boys by defusing the global erroneous myth that men are the lucky dominant gender. And why women must stop hiding behind this erroneous myth if we want to achieve true equality and true joy. Women use this fatal limiting myth just as a circus owner uses a humble rope to limit a massive elephant to a small peg in the ground. We can break free of the fragile shackles of patriarchy, but we don't, because we have convinced ourselves that we can't because our men will not let us. If we act and think like we can't ... we can't, and we never will. It is women’s erroneous realities that keep us down, not our men. Men are loving creatures, why else would they willingly work long hours for their families, or give their precious lives for we women during times of conflict? Wars exist because women allow them to. The women’s suffrage movements endured great hardships and abuse to win their right to vote, so we must use this awesome legal power of the vote to end inhumanity and inequality. Not to fight injustice but to work for all the right things that will bring us all together. This is not to degrade the horrendous abuse that many women suffer in some societies of the developing world, such as honor killing. Nor is it meant to degrade the frightening position that many women find themselves in violent homes. Remember that many men do live under tyrannical wives also so it's not just a women only thing. Since our politicians are too busy running their nations to do so, we must care enough to be proactive, or tomorrow will remain a reflection of today and yesterday. The great Patsy Cline once sang - I’ll sail my ship alone, with all the dreams I own, drifting out across the ocean blue, and when it starts to sinking, I’ll blame you (my man). Women must stop going outside of ourselves and blaming men and environment. We must look inside our hearts, minds and souls to find the true emancipating solutions to our problems instead of looking or waiting for men to solve them for us, not because they can't, but because they're too busy looking after us. Only when we women free our men and boys of their patriarchal burdens will we be free of ours. Why is it okay for us to send young men to wars but feel uncomfortable to send our young women? The solutions to build the world we know we must have do exist or can exist, if we have the willingness and courage to look, ask courageous bold questions and act boldly on our answers despite our innate fears of rejection, ridicule are persecution. Come on girls, we can do it. If we continue to wait, then we must accept the inhibitive consequences of our lack of faith in ourselves. And sadly we will continue to erroneously blame our men for our perpetual demise, even though in our hearts we will know the truth.

6. To encourage the abolition of deadly tariff protection. Tariffs kill a nation's competence, character and accountability. And they hurt the very people they are supposed to help, the nation's own citizens, by forcing them to pay higher prices instead of importing the best and passing on the savings to enhance the nation's standard of living. Because higher prices mean a lower standard of living because the nation's people have less to invest in education, social infrastructure and new ideas and technologies, and therefore get left behind to stagnate and die. Tariffs also perpetuate harmful trade wars between nations. And trade wars can only lead to military wars because the less successful feel great resentment towards the more successful. So if we blindly continue to follow the fatal tariff path, then we will never have peace because our shortsighted trade victors will continue to impose their erroneous ill-will on their trade vanquished.

7. To empower each nation by introducing solutions that will empower the unemployed and reduce each nation's unemployment and welfare costs again.

8. To empower each nation by introducing new Taxation solutions that will better encourage a nation's citizens and governments to work together to build a superior nation and world for us all. A nation can motivate its citizens with the promise and deliverance of greater prosperity by taxing them less, while raising far greater taxation income to better fund its social, welfare and operating costs. There is a way, and WEPI may have found it. This after all is the digital millennium that will emancipate us all.

9. To protect our natural environments.

10. To protect all creatures great and small we share our planet with. Why must 50 to 100 species vanish each day?

11. To reduce each nation’s welfare bill by helping to empower future generations so that they are more capable wealth creators for themselves and for their nation's and world.

12. To reduce each nation’s health bills for the young and the aged. Healthy people means financially healthy nation, because there is no need to squander the nation's precious resources on the negative effects of poor health. Junk food purveyors must enhance their products and services and become health food purveyors, or they should be closed down by the government. They just have to ask better questions. Instead of taking the easy path and asking - How can we maximize shareholders returns? the wise ones will take the more effective harder path and ask - How can we create healthy foods and maximize our shareholders' wealth. Surely we can create healthy fast-foods? Those who dig deep and find the answers will be the big winners of the powerful Net Generation. Because no nation can afford to endure the horrendous negative effects of unhealthy fast foods without destroying its very foundations for the future. Because if the nation is sick and unhealthy, vast sums of the nation's wealth is devoured to deal with these issues. We don't have to be rocket scientists to work this out.

13. To reduce each nation’s pension bill. Set up programs that aid governments.

14. To prepare children for the uncertain challenges of the new millennium by arming them with the most powerful KOOL TOOLs so that they can transcend their inhibitive learned helplessness state and become more resourceful, and to make them fully aware the reality of modern life, that there is no such thing as job security, only self-security. And to use their limitless minds to succeed in life.

15. To combat the global domestic violence problem. Both men and women are equally victims of this global disease.

16. To combat the global high divorce rate problem to empower and keep families together for better balanced children. The platform for a more superior and stable society. Naturally not every marriage or relationship should be saved, but many do deserve a second or third chance.

17. To secure our planet’s critical bio-diversity - before it is too late. What can we do to regain our natural genetic assets once they are lost? Nothing!

18. To dismantle nationalism. WEPI believes that there is no place for nationalism in a modern global village where technology and evolved people will not recognize national boundaries to divide us. A more disturbing form of nationalism is racial nationalism like that which continues to torment nations like Fiji. If we say yes to Nationalism we are saying yes to perpetual conflicts whether economic or military. It is WEPI's key strategy for global peace and harmony ... to bring us all together not as united nations, but as one powerful people. There is a most profound difference. As one people we will better work together, as united nations we will continue to try to out-do each other in all that we do.

Why? Because our current generations may be lost to hate, greed, revenge and other uncool fatal attachments, making it near impossible to save them. But we can help the next generation and those after it, if we start laying the critical emancipating foundations today, right here, right now. We may have many differences, but the fact is that we are all homeboys and homegirls who all come from the same neighborhood in our vast universe. It's our best choice for humanity's survival, and the survival of our home ... Neighborhood Earth.

That which is masterfully created
will not be destroyed.

That which is masterfully understood
will not be forgotten.

And therefore is held is reverence
for many generations.

 

Raise and nurture your INNER SELF,
and the power of your inner self
will achieve true reality.

 

Raise and nurture your HOME,
and the power of your home will
achieve true abundance.

 

Raise and nurture your COMMUNITY,
and the power of your community
will achieve true greatness.

 

Raise and nurture your ORGANIZATION,
and the power of your organization will
achieve true effectiveness.

 

Raise and nurture your WORLD,
and the power of your world will achieve
true oneness, balance and harmony.
And true peace will triumph.

 

Thus, because of our INNER SELF,
our true INNER SELF is established.

Because of our HOME,
our true HOME is established.

Because of our COMMUNITY,
our true COMMUNITY is established.

Because of our ORGANIZATION,
our true ORGANIZATION is established.

Because of our WORLD,
our true WORLD is established.

 

And how do I recognize my new world?

Through what is revealed in this WEPI Vision.

 

The priceless wisdom above from Lao Tzu’s Tao Te Ching explains that a true understanding of the interdependent relationship between a human being and the greater outside world can be successfully achieved by considering the Five Elements (social units) that make up our world. To successfully design and then create a quality future that is enduring and sustaining, it is vital that the individual considers the Five Elements, in other words, a global perspective, where for example we realize that inhumanity somewhere, threatens humanity everywhere. And the same applies to all areas of human interaction, especially how we relate to our natural environment. We must consider all environments according to the "Quadruple Win" philosophy, (Me, You, Society and our Natural Environment), which are an integral part of our five social units of; (1). the SELF, (2). the FAMILY, (3). the COMMUNITY, (4). its GOVERNING BODY, and (5). its relationship to the rest of the WORLD. And to enable us to create a harmonious and synergistic future, we should incorporate the timeless and unerring Taoist principles, the irrefutable natural laws for attaining true power and true success, when we first create our world in our minds. To create the perfect world, we must first nurture quality minds - our inner self, in alignment with the Tao. Only then can we achieve oneness and balance, and make our synergistic and harmonious world a reality.
