This is a super innovative way to use the DIPOLE POLARIZATION phenomena better known as using microwaves to heat liquids like water to generate power systems in the form of high pressure steam etc. to do work like driving cars. Hence the cool name of POLAR ENERGY and the use of the energetic and super powerful, super cute polar bear.

The concept is pretty basic - simply passing the liquid through a microwave cavity via a high pressure microwave transparent tubing to generate high pressure steam to do work.

But instead of using low efficiency microwave generators like the magnatrons used in microwave ovens, we use super high efficiency microwave generators like amplitrons.

The WEPI team also discovered that certain secret ingredients added to the water generated an explosive reaction as it passed through the microwave cavity similar to the burning of fossil fuels in an internal combustion engine. So that you can actually power a reciprocating IC engine in a motor vehicle the same way you can using petroleum.

Rather then using the explosion of the petroleum to push the piston down, we use the explosion of the special secret formula created by bombarding it with super efficient high powered microwaves to push the piston down to drive the vehicle.

Another version - the piston cylinder can be the microwave cavity and the spark plug (or electronic ignition) can be replaced with a powerful high efficient microwave generator. The water enters the cylinder and is bombarded by microwaves to generate high pressure steam that drives the piston down to do work to propel the vehicle.
