I have learnt to embrace the TAO (Way Of Nature) as my power and success platform for my life ... to teach me to know how things happen.

I have learnt to see humor and joy in all things.

I have learnt to give my love to all unconditionally.

I have learnt to earn the friendship of those around me.

I have learnt to embrace the precious gifts from my critics.

I have learnt to bask in the absolute joy of being selfless.

I have learnt to see beauty in all things.

I have learnt to acknowledge that my pain only exists in my mind, in my perceptions.

I have learnt to not forgive because I know that no one has hurt me ... so I hold no grudges.

I have learnt to face all of my fears and do it anyway.

I have learnt to cherish what I have and use what I have to get what I want.

I have learnt to give the gift of joy to all children.

I have learnt to cuddle a child in need.

I have learnt to embrace the fact that I am obligated for the joy of all children.

I have learnt to commit 100% to all that I do.

I have learnt to embrace the power and joy of a simple life.

I have learnt to see the joy in other people's differences.

I have learnt to see that different views and ideas make a society more robust and vibrant, and therefore more enduring.

I have learnt to understand the power of being the deepest valley I can be, by placing myself below all others to better serve them, and all the love and joy simply flows to me as my reward.

I have learnt to embrace the wisdom that I can do so much more with my innate gifts and my abundant wealth.

I have learnt to live an abundant life free of the poison of scarcity and lack, and I see limitlessness and love in every thing around me.

I have learnt to understand that global peace is the best path for a nation's economy and long term prosperity because military conflict only erects barriers to world trade.

I have learnt to love myself and to accept myself, and to stop beating myself up each day.

I have learnt to understand that hate and bitterness only destroys and hurts those who harbor them.

I have learnt to understand that my body is the temple of my heart, mind and soul, and therefore to cherish it by nourishing it with the very best forms of mind and body foods.

I have learnt to embrace the fact that daily exercise is the key to a free and limitless lifestyle as the years fly by.

I have learnt to enjoy the joy of a balanced nourishment program where I minimize my daily fat [high energy dense foods] intake.

I have learnt to be more effective by giving a confident "NO" to those offers and tasks that I feel I cannot totally commit to.

I have learnt to bask in the shear joy of being humble.

I have learnt to understand with absolute clarity that a healthy environment is the foundation of a healthy vibrant prosperous society.

I have learnt to embrace and cherish the wonder of having a purple heart of valor gently pumping away in my chest.

Through all that I have learnt throughout my long life ...

A most wonderful and selfless life is what I have given to my humanity and to my world.
